Split decision due to it being given daylight needed; coverup of their actions led to their self inflicted wounds that is now and will affect the case in the future. Don't blame me, defense had every right and responsibility to bring the issue to light, and given the elevated status of the case, needed some sort of resolution. Caps or no, hope the 'tini was soothing!
