On the other hand think hyperbolic, apocalyptic, conspiracy theory driven, sweeping generalization, conclusion jumping thoughts about AI, and, when none of it manifests in what you fear, go on and think in the same way about some other unfounded fears.

Think simple happy thoughts and it will all disappear in a second.
