Why would I not stand by what I said? It is better to have given the not frivolous mess a full review now. Fani & Co brought it on themselves and did the country great a disservice with her sloppy work and actions that enabled the justified drops. Can't rope them all in the same boat like she tried and hope it floats without specificity to identify the many differences. I wouldn't be surprised at all if Georgia case law supplements the statutory explicit conflict requirement that results in her removal and complete case blowup. Hope not, but there is certainly a non-zero chance that happens tomorrow! No comment on the rest of your opinions noted...
