By all means...here is a post by PB as of yesterday with this concern... the PRE 14A has already been released and chances are we will be seeing the DEF 14A here shortly...but it still isn't a 100% guarantee that it will split...but it will most likely be voted for approval at least.

The waiting period between announcing Form PRE 14A and Form DEF 14A is typically ten calendar days. The fear of the R/S is already priced in. At this price level, it doesn't matter anymore. From my point of view, Lisa will hold onto the data and announce it after the vote for R/S. She wants to look good at the higher price when making history. Tomorrow, MM might let the stock run higher and then short it back down again when the DEF 14A announcement comes. Get ready for the next leg up! 🚀💰
