In order for KEGS to have purchased Maggie's money must have changed hands and the deed recorded with the new owners. That has not happened so KEGS has NOT purchased Maggie's.
If you bothered to do anything other than deceive traders you would know that loan agreement is tentative. A tentative agreement is NOT legally binding and can change at any minute. Those note holders can convert whenever they see fit.
