NO....it's a suggested range. read their own words...they state this. They also state this:

If the Reverse Stock Split Proposal is approved by our stockholders and the Reverse Stock Split is effected, up to every 100,000 shares of our outstanding Common Stock would be combined and reclassified into one share of Common Stock.



"UP TO" ...so again, .0001 x 100,000 =$10.00 The current price is around .01 cents. read what they state regarding share price.

It is merely based on minimal share prices to effect a Nasdaq uplisting. A penny turns into $10(1000); .0001 turns into $10(100,000). It's that simple. If you think they are shooting for $5 minimal...adjust.

All anyone needs to understand is that this is going to Nasdaq..as their intention states. So refer to the minimal requirements needed via listing. You need a minimal in free trading shares..etc..etc...it's all right there
