You are posting false information and Im somehow wrong? Show me the deed to Maggie's that says its owned by 1812 Brewing Company. You cant because the deal has not closed. You continually claim KEGS purchased Maggie's when you know that is not true. Why are you trying to mislead traders?

Also that $13.7 million agreement is tentative and note holders can dilute whenever they feel necessary. How about for once you tell the truth and stop trying to con others into buying this garbage?
