Do you know guys why the GSEs have been in conseratorship for over 15 years, it's very clear that you cannot fix what's not broken.

For the past 15 years these guys have been looking for something to fix, and they know if they touch it they will break it. So in my opinion at the end they cannot do anything.

The GSEs performed their mission very well, they where never in trouble financially, they bailed out the banks and bailed out the administration. And so far none of the administrations nows what to do, they are afraid to break them.

Only option is put some smoke and mirros make it look like tgye fixed them and set them free.
