Lol….no…in Calif, millions of homes have solar panels…for a while now, every new home built is required to have solar panels…

That’s means utility companies are losing more and more money….and they have been begging Calif officials to do something about all that lost income…

The state of Calif has decided that it is unfair for those who can afford solar or buy a new home to have cheap electricity while the poor still have to pay high prices for theirs…

So now they want people to pay for their solar panels and STILL pay high prices for electricity that they are not even using…
