A DEFAULT JUDGEMENT HAS BEEN "COURT ORDERED" and thus "THE COURT FINDS FOR THE PLAINTIFFS aka LEDBETTER et all aka THE LEDBETTER 6" -

The "clerk of the court" made a scrivner error when first entering this LEGAL CONCLUSION OF THE JUDGE and OF THE COURT:

1) At 11:19 AM yesterday March 13th 2024 the clerk entered the following ON THE OFFICIAL COURT RECORD:

Notification of Docket Correction re7 Motion for Clerks Entry of Default. Motion incorrectly dockets as a Motion for Default Judgment. Docket event type as been changed and docket text changed to reflect Motion for Clerks Entry of Default. (sk)"

THAT would have been saying, "A MOTION HAS BEEN FILED FOR DEFAULT but but but HAS NOT BEEN RULED ON YET" blah blah

The CLERK OF COURT within 5 MINUTES realized their error and CORRECTED IT:

2) FIVE minutes later at 11:24 AM "The Docket" of the court was corrected BY THE CLERK and re-stated that an actual "DEFAULT JUDGEMENT SIGNED BY THE JUDGE" had been ruled and entered....NOT a ..."motion for default pending" ....but a COURT ORDER and FINAL DAMN ORDER :
