The clerk of the court had a "scrivner error" in posting the first ENTRY OF DEFAULT JUDGEMENT FOUND FOR PLAINTIFF LEDBETTER et all but that is being quickly corrected and is FINAL and signed by the judge aka The Honorable Richard R. Story......CASE CLOSED....INNER-CRIME was a no-show and was thus in contempt of court and will owe ALL ATTORNEY'S FEES and possibly other fines to be levied "by the court"......:)))
