It is the same old same old from the Douchebag CEO. ALL of those statements are forward-looking BS.

"we plan to make" - The best laid plans of Douchebag CEOs often go awry.

"Our goal" - Many have the goal of winning the lottery

"and is expected" - What happens when expectations aren't met? Wash, rinse, repeat....

"scheduled for spring 2024" - KBLB has been changing schedules for a decade and a half

"We are prepared" - Many are prepared to be billionaires

So, no, he didn't say that 2024 is going to be THE year. He hedged and hawed, but never committed.
