I believe George originally intended to sell/merge the shell into a real company and bring in value, going for a TSNP round 2.

But GVSI has too many problems he couldn’t overcome, and time ran out. So he found some rinky dink ‘Blockchain’ company to get at least of piece of… but this ain’t a ‘merger’

The Market isn’t even buying, literally, that he can even close this disgrace of a deal.
