Kimberly Guilfoyle looks just awful. I do NOT understand why anyone thinks pumped up lips look good. Whatever Lara's done just isn't attractive. Too much in the way of ropey muscles. Ivanka looks like an android. But she began her surgical journey very early on.

That leaves Melania. The squinty eyes are more than a bit much. Not even slightly natural.
