Open Letter to Mr. Jake Noch.

Mr. Noch,

I’ve been following this ticker for a while and made my first share purchase around $.0015. I’ve slowly built a position in Music Licensing Inc.

There is a great deal of potential here, in my opinion. I admit that we disagree on a reverse split being necessary at the moment, but have a possible solution. I also realize my proposal would occur after your end of March deadline.

Mike Tyson and Jake Paul are set for a boxing match on July 20th via Netflix. Perhaps, we could also box in duel on this day to determine if reverse split is truly necessary. Winner decides whether there is reverse split! I’m open to another alternative challenge that you might think of, if boxing duel isn’t feasible. However, I feel like Netflix and the $SONG vs Shareholder scenario would sound intriguing, if all parties could agree to such.

In addition, the Mike Tyson vs. Jake Paul duel is set to take place at AT&T Stadium. AT&T Stadium is the home of the Dallas Cowboys owned by Jerry Jones. It is my understanding that Mr. Jones sought suite deals / arrangements for such to assist with financing his initial purchase of the Dallas Cowboys. I’ve attended a few events in a suite at AT&T Stadium, which is where I learned of this. Perhaps, this idea could create a similar platform for Music Licensing Inc. moving forward.

Please take the idea into consideration. I feel like a $SONG vs Shareholder challenge might also bring awareness to the brand and ingenuity of the company and its stakeholders. Artists might want such a bold CEO / company to represent their work.

Thank you for the consideration and your time.

Sincerely,

The Golden One
