A Reminder of SEC Policy on "News during a Quiet Period" !

As for a comment earlier today regarding; "News or No News" during the Quiet Period ?
This has been discussed several times, but I guess it needs repeating.

"The Quiet Period only pertains to material information in the 10K Annual Report of the previous year" !
"Any New Event that occurs in the New Year, that is not related to the 10K of the . . .
previous year, . . Can be Announced in the New Year, to the Public &
the Shareholders, with an 8K &/or a Press Release.

~ The Bottom Line; New News can drop at any time !!!

For those who are still confused; Check with "SEC Rulings"
regarding; "News during the "Quiet Period" !
