Looks like the defense did indeed do some judge shopping to come up with McAfee. Already dismissing charges and holding off on the dismissal of Fani case.

His comment that the prosecution didn't show essential legal element is telling. 4 years of investigation and testimony and the Prosecution didn't show intent and facts to support their charges and he's only seen this stuff a few months? And he's inexperienced to boot?

He's becoming more and more like cannon as time goes on. Too bad that new and needed fed law about 'no shopping' didn't come in two years ago.
