We All Know it’s Gonna Happen
Congress has numerous banking bills for cannabis they’re just dragging their asses as they do with everything. My guess is that the election cycle will provide some mono as politicians up for election will tease federal legalization.

As for LSD, if the FDA is allowing fast-track status the DEA will be forced to get in line. Not only is it bad optics to have the DEA saying LSD is Schedule 1 while the FDA says it’s effective medicine but there are potential lawsuits from companies like MNMD for not allowing the medication to market
