They aren't missing anything. Traders see the lack of demand on level two and work to manipulate the stock. Same people likely run the stock up and don't think for a second there isn't a short component to this.

This has nothing to do with the actual company and the ridiculous financials and pipeline they have. I would say we need to get off the OTC but we will be sold before that.
