Agreed. Something big is up. Can’t imagine he needs to be there to hold the hands of the Indian experts, they were just in the USA.

At a minimum, whatever agreement is being finalized with private and government entities ought to reveal quite a lot about the expansion plans.

The successful small production batches that Kim announced months ago (to everyone but dimes) likely convinced more locals to sign deals.

They don’t want to wait til after BamBam trials to ride KBL’s coattails for fear of not being able to grab a piece of this emerging market.
