You really need to READ his posts. Everyone does. Start with his first post to present.

You guys are literally picking and choosing what you want to hear or are dismissing anything you don't agree with.

but he also says:
"As for "making it right", I've waited almost a full decade at this point, and likely that would be for the 27 initial investors. I have no clue how he could "make it right" for anonymous shareholders stuck in a delisted stock."

He is basically telling us what Jim plans on doing for him (an original investor), not for anybody else.
