If I may, first suggestion, I learned from Steve Jobs when he was rehired from being a fired CEO
He came back and the new investors were the most important to him

Not the new candy colored over ( dated ) desk top monitors
Bought in at .50 with $10k early 90’s

It was the new investors Jobs cared about

To be a trip zero holder bid sitting to take advantage of a needed breather is unquestionably worse than bashing
