We need a response to why IO is good for UBQU. Not just that it is a growing company in a billion dollar health care industry. We heard that story with CBD in a 20+ billion dollar industry. Show something in the here and now. Not words of how the future is going to look.
We need to hear what the terms of the deal with IO were and why UBQU benefited from the acquisition. Where the 2.7 billion shares went. We need to see verifiable financials from IO and evidence that the share structure will be reduced. We need to hear why the Cannazall site is still up and running if it truly is not making money.

In the history of the company, there has never been anything benefiting the shareholders. There was a lame attempt with the illusion of the retiring of debt, but we know that was bogus. The insiders need to put their own money where their mouth is and change this fat pig of a company. Too much? That's the point.
