This is why I advised my crew to sell their shares over a year ago. Seems like yesterday. The writing was on the wall from who they were climbing into bed with. No big surprise. I held a large part of my shares for over nine years without a transaction. Once GX was mentioned along with these guys in the SPAC deal, it was time to jump off the Niocorp train and regroup. A one minute Google search would have told you the odds were slim that the price would stay up if Yorkville came into play. I thought Mark getting his credit line out of action was another sign that the price was heading south.

I am guessing the company will know by summer if the EX-IM loan is coming or not. Summer will be here soon enough. GLTA
