you have not done much DD into SONG. The CEO has already stated through a tweet what he wants to do:

we will move forward with a crazy aggressive Stock Consolidation (with the goal to have fewer than 30,000 Shares outstanding)

That is literally at least a 1 for 25,000 reverse split (as of 11/27/2023 Share Count).

Maybe this is why SONG is currently suing FINRA, LMAO:
