Obvious spoofing today. I expect that the attorneys handling the case against Citadel will be filing an amended complaint in their case to punish MM manipulation which is rampant in the OTC market. Discovery procedures will reveal the sham albeit I expect they will try to settle if the next motion to dismiss is denied. This case was brought by NWBO for those interested in following its development.
