If/when they close Tony will become……

a puppet most likely, and hopefully with a muzzle.

Whoever put up the $755K will likely control APRU until he gets a ROI, but possibly until he decides he wants to sell control. Tony is not acquiring anything.

I think the issue now is the assumption of debt held by Lena.

The brewery can operate without Tony, so I see no reason for it to go down the tubes. To the contrary.

But, but, but,……what does Lena owe the bank?

The ultra sensitive resident visitor to Lena showed me the brewery has good local support, so I’m not sure what kind of collateral or guarantee the bank needs.

One would think the brewery itself is sufficient collateral.
