Really poorly but the new S-8 explains it IMO

Hunch not many know yet but they upped the float 3,812, 847 common shares for Employee Incentivization and additional shares should all these new employees want to purchase more shares in the future. Veteran employees included.

There can be no doubt that from this S-8 Sonendo is expanding therefore has hired more employees. A bit weird the filing didn't say for which time period though. I did find it odd Nasdaq took longer than normal to post the 10-Q. Looks like I now know why. I'm hunching S8 was filed after the Zoom investor Meeting...

I was expecting a Monday close of .20 cents or higher. So .17 is a disappoitment really. We probably still rally on Tuesday just not as high IMHO.
