Benny have your $1000 hour lawyer call CSH or you just call. CSH does not give up right to the code of the exchange. They do have agreements but the code is still owned by CSH. The way it works is CSH will build an exchange for you from a white boxed version and add what ever you like and customize it but you do not own it. That is why AABB did not take the old exchange with them. As for AABB building a new exchange would you care to share that P/R with all the fokes at home. I Diffident think so
