Level 2 looks bad. If someone dumps < 300K shares, then the bid moves to the 0.08's. Bagholders really stuck with 100's of millions of shares due to old Frankie, CF and pumpers lying to them saying foolish nonsense like mONI is literally a powder keg. Guess it blew up in their faces.
