If this was an orchestrated scam, the early buyers would have exited in mass a long time ago, as they would have known there would be nothing else left to perpetuate the scam. Why would an early scammer risk $10,000, $20,000, or $50,000 in profits if they knew it wasn't going anywhere? Oh, I'll tell you why, because in all likelihood, it's not a scam!
There are way too many investors here holding their shares for the merger to go through. There are no guarantees of course, and I'm not a financial advisor, but if I've ever seen a stock that's worthy of a huge lotto size gamble, this is the one! All of my shares are locked up for a long term play, over 50 cents to dollars! I don't care about a quick flip here. I'm betting JFH becomes the next Temu, but even bigger.
Dig deep with your due diligence. I have. Maybe we'll get lucky as lotto tickets do pay off sometimes. But never forget, only risk what you can afford to lose. And, I am riding free shares which makes it much easier to gamble. Good luck. Could be mere weeks away now.
