This CEO (Jake P Noch) is too busy trying to sue everyone that says anything bad about him. Good luck with that Mr CEO!

Uploaded today to OTC Markets:

Music Licensing, Inc. (“the Company”) has been actively issuing Cease and Desist Notices for several weeks in response to a False Narrative Campaign. Despite these ongoing efforts, the objectionable conduct persists and appears to be escalating. As a result, the Company has instructed its legal counsel to initiate legal proceedings against multiple individuals and entities.

The causes of action include, but are not limited to, the following:

- Defamation
- Cyberstalking
- Harassment
- Tortious interference with business
- Intentional causing of emotional distress

The Company, along with a key executive, intends to seek permanent injunctions and protective orders, including but not limited to restraining orders and no-contact orders.

(bold emphasis mine) Intentional causing of emotional distress, WTF?!?!? Maybe its your ego causing the emotional distress Jake? https://www.otcmarkets.com/filing/html?id=17356980&guid=zId-kHCNU1nKJth

One more thing: Hes also trying to sue FINRA for requesting additional documents so he can do the reverse split!

On March 8, 2024, Music Licensing, Inc. initiated legal action against the Financial Industry Regulatory Authority (FINRA). Music Licensing, Inc. is seeking declaratory relief that FINRA is stepping outside its authority by requesting unrelated documents and to compel FINRA to process the reverse stock split.

Does Jake still plan on doing the "Open Market Buyback" from 2-6-24? https://www.otcmarkets.com/stock/SONG/news/story?e&id=2759684
