In order for the Canadian Securities Administrators (CSA) to investigate naked shorting of Hellix they would have to coordinate with the TSX (Toronto Stock Exchange) and the NYSE. Neither of these entities would have any interest in looking into the matter unless a very powerful financial entity requested it. All of those dirty trades are lost inside the secret bureaucracy of the DTCC. Illegal naked shorting involves millions of unsettled trades for which the chain of custody has been broken. Someday maybe Frank or someone on the board will weigh in on this matter. I'm not holding my breath as they have been silent on the matter for many years. Best wishes. -Lamont
