I understand all your points and yes the OS could possibly go to 30 billion. I think the OS has been inflated to prevent a hostile takeover. The fact that they cancelled the reverse split makes me think there's a plan to reduce AS & OS. 30 cent price prediction doesn't necessarily mean it will be a sustained value. More or less it's potential to reach based off of market pressure/ demand. Things never make sense in OTC Stinky Pinky land. And hell yeah I'll be happy with .033 too!
