Most are 5 star, but one from yesterday calls them out (3 star only) as follows:

There is a reason their prices aren't posted on the menu.. I ordered takeout last night to try this place out. I ordered two appetizers and it somehow came out to $30. For ceviche and corn..?! Both items tasted great, although the street corn was disappointing. It was nothing like you'd expect. Very watery. Unsure what the $4 "food fee" I was charged was all about, but that was honestly pretty upsetting..the rest of the food here looks delicious but I don't think I'll be back. I've never spent so much on shrimp and corn..

I don't think I've seen a "food fee" where I live, and the restaurants I've been to have prices for food on the menu, but just last night my wife and I went to a local Mexican food sit-down restaurant (with 2 friends who recommended it), and the alcohol drink menu was price-free. My wife ordered an alcohol-drink and it was $14. (I had a Coke and they gave me a free refill.)

[Maybe the 'food fee' is a penalty for take-out, since there is no tip to waitstaff.]
