I’ve got this figured out. Atwec and Assembled have been at odds for years. It’s in every Q. In January 2023 the company was to go through an internal audit of itself and all subsidiaries in order to secure VC funding. Since then, on Atwec’s OTCM page, it shows we’ve hired a big name law firm to represent us. We are clearly in the middle of an audit and a legal battle with at least one of our subsidiaries. Assembled is the company that manufactures our products. That’s why we’ve seen and heard nothing imho.
