Question-Why would BeaMed sell over 40% of this supposedly ground breaking bio tech company for a lousy 4 million bucks. For the life of me just can't figure out "WHY". Wouldn't a big name financier be willing to fork over the money, if this is a legit company.?
Any suggestions.
