Question. Isn't it possible that one person who has majority voting shares, could hold a shareholders meeting and raise the AS to a TRILLION shares at any time they choose?

Will the outstanding shares remain at roughly 261k? Doubt it, otherwise why issue a reverse split.

So what is your point?

As stated before the AS been a billion for many, and the company never use the entire billion AS since inception.
