I am not saying there is anything to indicate converting Senior isn't in the plan, just like there is nothing to indicate it is in the plan. Neither of us know what the GSE release plan is.

The problem is that you quoted an inappropriate source there. Whatever Treasury's plans for the seniors are, it isn't going to show up in either Fannie's nor Freddie's SEC filings.
