It was from the fake website written by Caiazzo and the fake twitter account tweeted by Caiazzo. Wang Chung has never made one affirmative action showing an intent to merge with $IGPK.

There has never been a definitive letter of intent signed by Wang Chung to merge. There is no merger. Super Robot and his friends on Twitter are spinning one on shareholders' heads. Everyone will learn a hard lesson here.
