The question one must ask is how many shares did it take to acquire just like any other acquisitions that are basically start ups. How does Nash put a value on something when so and so entity produces little to zero revenue. Nobody in their right mind would ever finance xall on friendly terms until Nash can legitimately prove the true value of his holdings. Imo it's pretty much like a shell game with a # of actors involved.
