I for one have never implied that SFRX is a scam because I don't believe they are.

On the other hand their history displays naiveness and incompetence. Their performance at Melbourne is a good example of that. Much of that if not all of that I would assume the CEO would like to 'sweep under the rug', particularly his statement 'we're on the wreck'.
