Yes it can. Simple supply demand curve. If CG is diluting, this will go to no bid before he is forced to reverse split. Textbook action this week. Don’t buy the ask and test CG and OTCN. Depress the market for the stock and see how the company reacts. Force the company to PR. CG is ignoring market cap which is a horrible mistake. If this goes much lower, he can’t sell commons at discount to expand. He’ll be forced to reverse split where volume will cease. The $1 mil market cap will look good compared to what it will be if he reverse splits and he is forced to sell shares on no volume.

He can’t ignore shareholders. He will make nothing without us. He can’t sell shares for salaries and growth without a market for the stock.
