Guys----

I've known Jim Nixon personally since 2013. He's the only restauranteur I would invest in, and have. My family as well. I would never let my FAMILY invest if I thought he was bad.

That said, after the IPO, I was up $879k. Easy street, now. Then attorneys got "involved to help" and after a year of not being able to liquidate, down to zero. I even got the Form 10 notification on my trading platform regarding the revocation due to lack of filing. Then came the manipulators that the SEC threw in jail, Bill Hirschey, et. al, in multiple FBI stings. I've been invested so long that I can't even write this off as a loss on my taxes. Then the naked shorts piled in and killed it, along with the "Convertible Debt" bastards, who also went to jail. The SEC saw to this. I've made a good chunk back by day trading it, my primary profession, but still haven't fully recovered.

Jim Nixon must be sick of dealing with the FBI and SEC, and I can't blame him.

Takiza is definitely a downgrade from Illegal Burger. Expensive, small portion sizes, and the new look inside isn't all that hot.

I hope that I'm wrong about everything. I'd gladly take half of my original investment back. Should the stock re-open, I'll trade it accordingly, since I fully agree that there will be one epic MF'r of a short squeeze. I can handle that on my own, easily.

Also note, there is NO institutional demand for WCVC. I trade strictly stocks and the futures market, so I make a living off finding institutional supply/demand, and I didn't see any when it traded. This means that institutions didn't think much of it at all, and avoided it due to lack of information. This is why all those beloved marijuana stocks tanked; they didn't buy the hype of Colorado legalization. Even Amazon (which I owned at $8 per share...lol) and Starbucks took a decade to get moving. A decade!!

Easily, this is the worst investment I've ever made, and I have the reputation of NOT making bad trades and investments. At any given moment, I'm 100K from retirement (I'm 49 years old). WCVC short squeeze long would put me well over the top. Well over the top.

I hope I'm wrong. Don't argue with me, all I ask is for someone to prove me wrong. I'll gladly eat crow......

BEARISH WCVC
