Avant Technologies put out a new press release on March 5th stating that demand is growing for their development services. Hopefully, the demand growth encompasses Avant! AI (purchased from GBT Tokenize in April 2023).

The purchase agreement b/t Avant and GBT stated that Avant would pay GBT through 26,000,000 Avant shares at nine months after the agreement was signed. Avant (AVAI) traded as high as $1.60 on 3/5/24. Today's close will likely be $.94.

I cannot find any updated information on the status of the agreement. The agreement states that GBT can dissolve everything if the payment is not made. Any insight on the status?
