All these OTC Ceo's know the magic words that make shareholders giddy.Share buybacks,share reductions,mergers and contracts or revenue streams.Also they like to mention cancelling of debt.These and others are what make shareholders and pumpers,go into overdrive.Unfortunately most never come to fruition.All the while they increase the share count for the next pump and dump.Good luck and good trading.
