the Authorized Share has been increased to 14.5 billion shares and you should already know that those numbers you quoted are old and outdated! There is a date next to them and that date hasn't changed since 11/27/2023 (other than Market Cap date, which goes off of O/S price).

On January 19, 2024, Music Licensing, Inc. (the "Company") took steps to increase its authorized common stock shares to 14.5 billion

A/S increase: https://www.otcmarkets.com/filing/html?id=17193562&guid=03d-knIyAUzKJth

Isn't it suspicious that just about every ticker will update their O/S at least monthly, and SONG won't update for over 3 months? This CEO has some nerve!

The CEO still hasn't said anything about Open Market Buybacks from 2-6-2024 PR:

Shareholders will receive information regarding the company's open market buyback program, reflecting its commitment to maximizing shareholder value.

which is what intrigued me about SONG. I bought, then sold because the CEO was all over the place tweeting. https://www.otcmarkets.com/stock/SONG/news/story?e&id=2759684
