I agree - one more cohort. Three additional months makes sense given the comment of 28 days if everyone starts on day one, buffer 2-3 weeks for late starters, 2-3 weeks for data analysis. Add some more time for holidays, that puts it at 9-12 weeks --> mid/late March.

Judging by other oral titration schemes (Novo Amycretin went 3/6/12/25/50/50 or 6/12/25/50/50/100) it seems like 5mg/10mg/20mg --> 40mg or 50mg would be the added 5th cohort. How do you feel about a 40/50mg final cohort?
