I don’t believe they’ve decided yet, at least when the PR was released. They engaged Cohen & Cohen, to begin exploring the possibility of filing for corporate bankruptcy protection. Then this legal mumble jumble: ”This move reflects Astra Veda Corporation's pragmatic approach to addressing its current financial issues and planning for its future operations amidst challenging circumstances”.

It’s somewhat humorous that this sentence is under their forward looking statements, yet their supposed “compliance officer” was on this board and Twitter falsely arguing that ASTA had Massive Short interest, that FINRA Rule 6433 was “Fabricated”, and posters were guilty of RICO.
