Very good and inspiring

In 1990 a young 28 yo I worked out at a YMCA gym with friends religiously for over a year

This was my best ever feeling years

The support and comradeship was tops

I dropped. 45 lb plate on my big toe that as you can imagine was painful
I never returned to lifting
But I joined a gym and lift a little and ride here in Buenos Aires

Many many gyms here
Argentina’s are very healthy fit thinking people
